Keep your expectations high!
What's the point of lowering expectations to meet the level at which others are willing to operate?
William Shakespeare said expectations are the "root of all disappointment."
That's somewhat depressing.
I'm a firm believer in maintaining, and conveying, high expectations and not wavering.
Why not use that intent to raise those around you?
Give people a reputation to live up to. They just might do it!
